Q:How can I register in CPI E-shop?
A:Only after logging-in and becoming our member can you shop in CPI E-shop. You may enter CPI E-shop and click "Member Registration" which locates on the navigation-bar to register and become a member. While registering, please write down your detailed information and address so that the wares can be sent to you easily and correctly. Please write down correct E-mail address so that we may contact you in time and feedback the information of the order-form. While inputing the user name, please don't use blank, quotation marks and other special character.
Q:What's User Name?
A:User Name is the identification of member applied by new user when he/she
made the first registration, and it is exclusive in CPI E-shop. Please remember
your user name and your password. The next time you come to visit CPI E-shop,
just click "Logging-in", and input your user name and password, when it
appears "Logging-in successful!", we'll make sure your identification. You
don't have to input other informatin again during other operations.
Q:Forget my password?
A:In order to protect your benefit, even we can't see your password. If you forget the password, please log in index of CPI E-shop, click "Searching Password", and fill in your user name, your birthday and the answer to the "Secret Question" while your first registration. Only when all informations above are correct can you get back your password. You may change your password aperiodically to insure your benefit.
Q: What if I find the wares I received are
not the wares I ordered?
A:Please check your order-form first and see whether it's because your mis-operation that you ordered the wrong wares. Anyway, once it happens, please contact us by E-mail, we will solve this problem for you ASAP.
Q:Under what circumstance will we contact
you first?
A:
1,To inform you that your order-form has been successfully submited and
received. We'll send you an affirmation E-mail for the order-form information.
2, To inform you that we've received the money.
3, To inform you that your ware has been sent out and remind you to check
through your local post.
4, To tell you that something wrong with your address or other information
so that we can't contact you. If we haven't received your reply within
24 hours we'll have to cancel your order-form.
Q: Why do no one contact me after I've submitted my order-form or I've
remitted?
A: There are some possibilities that we may not contact you:
1, You didn't give us the correct E-mail;
2, Something's wrong with the E-mail Server so that the E-mail couldn't
reach you;
3, You didn't write down your Order-Form Number/ User name on your remittance
order;
4, Your order didn't succeed. (Please check the status of your order-form
in CPI E-shop).
Q: Can I put the payment in the envelop and send it to you directly?
A: We can't accept that method. It's strictly stipulated by China Post that sending money in the envelop is forbidden. Anyway, it's not safe, and we can't take on the responsibility if your money in the envelop is lost.
Q: Why can't I see the wares today while I saw them several days ago?
A: When a kind of ware has been sold out temporarily , we'll take it down from our shop shelf. When the ware's gained stocks again, we'll put it onto the shop shelf once more so that you may see it again and order it. So please keep a close eye on our shop if you'd like to buy your favorite wares.
You may click "Searching the History" or "Order-Form Searching" to check the information and the status of the order-form.
After logging in, you may click "Searching the History" to see all the order-forms you've submitted in CPI E-shop and their statuses. You may also cancel the order-form which hasn't been dealed with. You may click "Order-Form Searching" to check the detailed information of the order-form. You can only cancel the order-form within 24 hours after submitting it.

Principle of Exchanging a Purchase
Since philatelic items belong to special goods, each ware which has been
sold out cannot be returned by clients. If there's sth wrong with the
conditions of the philatelic items , or the ware's been damaged because
of being improperly wrapped, clients may ask for exchanging a purchase.
Ways of Exchanging a Purchase
Please send the ware, which you'd like to exchange after the purchase,
to us through ordinary mail, and write down the words of "Exchange the
Purchase" on the mail. The reason of exchange should also be written on
it. Please pay attention that do not let your wrap damage the wares. Leave
the wares their original state. After receiving and checking out, we will
exchange for you.
About Encouraging Sale
For some wares (hottest and those only in small quantity) , we offer "
Encouraging Sale" only to those more enthusiastic clients (which
refers to member who often shops in CPI E-shop and has spent much money
on purchase) . That means that if your accumulative total of the expenditure
in CPI E-shop has reached to a certain degree may you buy the wares shown
in "Encouraging Sale".
